North Cobb Endodontics is seeking a confident, warm professional to join our front office team with strong phone skills, dental and insurance experience. It is important to create a smooth, welcoming first impression for our patients and referring offices. This role includes but not limited to: Answering phones, confirming appointments, sending and receiving emails, sending and answering text messages through our software TDO, scheduling, verifying insurances, opening the office to be patient ready, keeping front office and patient restroom organized and clean, and working with the back office as needed. Compensation depends on experience. We offer: PTO 401K with matching Profit sharing Health insurance allowance if you have a private plan Bonus system Travel: Dr. Cramer likes to take her office on team building trips to bring us all together and continue our education in the ever changing dental field. We are truly looking for a dynamic team member who has a positive, energetic, kind deminer to be the first contact of our practice. We need someone who shows up on time and is flexible with their hours. We start our day at 8:15AM. We leave when the last patient is completed, which is usually around 5-5:30PM. We are open 4 full days, alternating Wednesdays and Fridays. We are a small, close practice with nothing but love for our patients.
