Tiny Roots Pediatric Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our growing pediatric practice. This role is the first point of contact for our families and is essential in creating a welcoming, positive patient experience. Responsibilities include: Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answering phones, texts, and emails promptly Scheduling and confirming appointments Insurance verification and patient check-in/check-out Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient records Supporting daily office flow and teamwork Qualifications: Dental front desk experience preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Pediatric experience a plus Dual training or experience in back-office/clinical duties is a plus Join a supportive, family-focused team dedicated to helping tiny smiles take root and grow.
