Dental Assistant – Full-Time Franklin Smiles is a high-end cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics practice in Franklin, TN. We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our clinical team long-term. This is not a typical dental assisting role. Precision, professionalism, and patient experience matter here. This position is ideal for an assistant who takes pride in their work, anticipates the needs of the doctor, and thrives in a high-performing, detail-driven environment. Dental assisting experience is preferred. Cosmetic or restorative experience is a plus.
