Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Orthodontic Laboratory Technician to join our orthodontic team. This position is open to both experienced technicians and motivated individuals who are eager to learn. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, follows strict sterilization and infection control protocols, and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training will be provided as needed. Key Responsibilities *Fabricate orthodontic retainers *Complete digital scanning, model fabrication, and submit appliance orders *Trim, polish, and finish appliances to exact specifications *Use hand tools, laboratory equipment, and digital technology (CAD/CAM, 3D printing) *Maintain quality control standards and ensure accuracy of all lab work *Meet production deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards *Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment *Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding case requirements *Perform proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of tools, equipment, and appliances in accordance with OSHA and laboratory protocols *Maintain infection control standards throughout all stages of production Qualifications *Previous experience as an orthodontic or dental laboratory technician preferred *Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity *Ability to work independently and as part of a team *Good time management and organizational skills *Familiarity with digital orthodontic workflows is a plus What We Offer *On-the-job training *Competitive pay based on experience *Stable, supportive work environment *Opportunities for growth and skill development *Consistent workload and modern lab equipment
