We are currently seeking a Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Business Office Coordinator to join our comprehensive, modern dental practice in East Point, Georgia. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and polished—with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple front office responsibilities efficiently. We are looking to fill this position immediately, and a stable work history and professional references are required. Business Office Coordinator Requirements: - 4+ years of demonstrated success with treatment planning and treatment plan presentation experience in a dental practice setting - Experience working with multiple providers - Proficient in submitting insurance claims and pre-authorizations - Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures - Skilled in insurance verification and interpreting benefits - Ability to maintain an organized and productive schedule - Outstanding customer service and telephone communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Strong computer skills and comfort with digital systems - Proficiency in latest Dentrix software is required (not Dentrix Ascend) - Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus If you’re looking to grow in a supportive, professional environment and meet the qualifications above, we’d love to hear from you.
