HIRING IMMEDIATELY Registered Dental Assistant RDA Allen Dental Lounge is hiring immediately for a motivated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our modern patient focused dental practice in Allen Texas. Benefits 1 week PTO accruing after 180 days Paid major holidays after 1 year of employment In house dental benefits after 6 months Office jacket and 2 scrub sets provided after 6 months Modern technology driven office Long term growth opportunity Schedule 4 days per week 32 to 36 hours per week Compensation $19 to $24 per hour depending on experience and credentials Responsibilities Chairside assisting using 4 handed dentistry Assist with implants Invisalign and general dentistry procedures Perform iTero scans Prepare patients and operatories for procedures Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Provide post operative instructions and assist with clinical documentation Maintain a clean organized and well stocked clinical environment Assist with operatory turnover room setup and end of day cleanup Follow office protocols to ensure a safe professional and efficient workspace Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Valid Texas RDA license Experience with implants Invisalign and iTero scanning Reliable organized and professional Strong communication and teamwork skills
