We are a small, fee-for-service dental office in the heart of Decatur seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In our practice, every team member is essential to our success and to the patient experience. What we’re looking for:     •    Prior dental experience required     •    Exceptional customer service skills     •    Strong verbal and phone communication skills     •    Strong organizational skills     •    Confidence presenting treatment and discussing finances     •    Familiarity with Open Dental and Adit is a plus     •    Insurance and billing knowledge is a plus (to help answer patients’ questions; we have a dedicated team member who handles billing)     •    A can-do attitude, a big smile, and a desire to grow long-term with our team Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Compensation: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience Benefits include:     •    50% employer-paid health insurance     •    Paid vacation & PTO     •    CE stipend If you’re looking for a temporary position, this likely isn’t the right fit.
