Schedule: Monday – Thursday Practice: P.A. Dental Arts Location: Allen, TX Mandatory Requirements Experience: REQUIRED Minimum of 3 years of Dental Assisting experience is strictly. Certification: RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license in Texas is required. Specialties: Proficiency in assisting for Cosmetic, Implant, and Family Dentistry procedures. Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills; experience with Open Dental and digital scanning is highly preferred. About the Role P.A. Dental Arts is looking for a clinically expert, highly organized Dental Assistant to head our clinical team. You are the right hand to the Doctor and the engine of our back office. We are a high-tech, patient-centered 'Dental Home' looking for someone who takes pride in clinical excellence and mentoring others. Experience & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dental assisting experience; previous experience preferred. Certification: RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license in Texas is required. Specialties: Proficiency in assisting for Cosmetic, Implant, and Family Dentistry procedures. Tech-Savvy: Experience with Open Dental and digital scanning/imaging is a major plus. Core Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Provide chairside assistance for complex procedures including implants, crowns, and cosmetic cases. Back Office Leadership: Manage clinical staff schedules, oversee daily flow to ensure on-time seating, and act as a mentor to junior assistants. Inventory & Lab Management: Take full ownership of ordering supplies (staying within budget) and managing lab cases to ensure they arrive before patient appointments. Compliance & Sterilization: Ensure the office meets all OSHA and HIPAA standards; maintain all equipment and sterilization protocols to the highest degree. Patient Comfort: Use your 'people skills' to educate patients on post-op care and make them feel at home in our chair. You stay calm under pressure and keep the clinical team motivated during busy days. You are a reliable professional who understands the 'Arts' of dentistry and patient care.
