As a front office team member, your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments using our Eagle Soft scheduling software, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our valued patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of front desk experience in a dental setting, enabling you to effectively communicate with both patients and our clinical team. We prioritize the safety of our staff and patients by providing personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and more.
