Well established specialty endodontic office in Austell, GA is looking for the right candidate to join our team. Salary is negotiable based on experience. No dental front desk office experience is necessary . Only a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of a cool experienced team of professionals. This is a full time position and must be able to work on Fridays. Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails using our office systems Schedule patient consultations and treatment appointments Verify insurance coverage, determine copays, and confirm appointments Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner Keep the waiting room, patient bathroom, and front desk area clean and organized What We're Looking For: Dental or endodontic front office experience Strong phone skills and familiarity with dental insurance are a plus Proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, and Windows Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent organizational skills Willingness to learn—we’re happy to train motivated, sharp candidates!
