Our growing dental office is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking someone who truly enjoys helping people and is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate has previous dental insurance experience, excellent communication skills, and a bubbly, friendly personality that helps patients feel comfortable and cared for. Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow with our practice. 💰 Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, with higher pay based on experience. Responsibilities: *Warmly greet and check in patients while creating a welcoming environment *Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently *Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage *Answer incoming calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service *Maintain accurate patient records and documentation *Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations *Present treatment plans and assist patients with financial arrangements when needed What We’re Looking For: -Previous dental front desk and insurance experience preferred -Open Dental software experience is a plus -Excellent communication and patient service skills -A bubbly, positive personality that helps patients feel comfortable -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities -A caring, compassionate attitude toward patients and coworkers -Reliable, professional, and team-oriented -Someone who takes pride in creating the best possible patient experience How to Apply Please do not call the office, as we need to keep our phone lines open for patient care.
