Our privately owned, fee for service office is seeking to add a Rockstar Treatment Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to our growing office in Decatur GA! We are a friendly, well-established office, and we are looking for the right person to join us in providing excellent care for our patients. *Compensation based on experience, Office is open M-F alternating weeks, with Friday off every other week. PLEASE send full resume and references! The Treatment Coordinator’s primary role will focus on working in conjunction with the dentist and team members to coordinate the day-to-day needs of the office. The Treatment Coordinator will perform the following duties; additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Assist with confirming appointments according to protocol and patient preferences. • Run monthly claims aging report and follow up on outstanding claims. • Assist with filling in cancelled/rescheduled appointments assuring schedule is full and check the daily schedule for accuracy. • Assist with monitoring email, incoming calls/voicemails and addressing items as appropriate. • Scan patient forms/ lab slips and other documents into dental software as needed. • Greet patients upon arrival and check out after their appointment, collecting patient balances if applicable. • Perform general administrative duties as needed. • Maintain patient privacy according to HIPAA regulations. • Follow and apply established office policies and procedures, including OSHA compliance. ** Ideal personal qualities desired for this position include: • Having strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written. • Capable of working effectively with doctors, staff members, and patients under varying conditions. (Fast paced, flexible, detail oriented) etc. • Must be able to embrace differences among people and able to interact with internal staff as well as external contacts in a culturally competent and respectful manner.
