Position: Treatment Coordinator Full Time: Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM About the Role Artaza Dental is seeking a skilled, bilingual, and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our close knit team! We are a small private practice with a warm, family style culture, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Because we also serve a large Spanish speaking patient community, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this role. Our Treatment Plan Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the practice operates with continuous efficiency. You will be the financial expert of the office—helping patients understand how their insurance, financial options, and clinical needs all connect. Responsibilities include presenting accurate treatment plans, scheduling necessary appointments, ensuring patients clearly understand their associated costs, and collecting payment from the patient and the insurance company. You will also manage checkout procedures, schedule follow up visits, and complete end of day tasks. This position will work closely with our patient care coordinator and clinical team to ensure smooth communication and an exceptional patient experience. A history in dental billing and insurance is a crucial component to succeed in this position. A top performing Treatment Coordinator truly serves as the backbone of our practice’s success and can do so confidently without continuous management. We value positivity, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.
