Magnolia Dental Spa of Athens is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years) to join our amazing team! We are a modern, technology-driven practice focused on providing exceptional care in a calm, welcoming environment. Ideal Candidate • 2+ years of dental assisting experience • Experience with CAD/CAM dentistry, Exocad, and 3D printing preferred • Familiar with Eaglesoft practice management software • Calm, reassuring chairside manner • Strong attention to detail • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Functions • Chairside assisting doctor with complex dental procedures • Listening to the needs of patients • Providing patient education • Sustaining patient comfort during procedures • Managing clinical supplies • Cleaning rooms and sterilizing instruments Benefits • Paid holidays • Paid vacation and sick time • 401(k) • Bonus opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on experience **Our Schedule is on a 4 day rotation so that every other weekend we have a 4-day weekend.
