📌 NOW HIRING: Dental Front Desk Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator (Full-time) Location: Atlanta area, 30329 (Brighten Park vicinity) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP About the Practice This newly opened, modern dental office provides a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment for patients. The practice combines comfort-focused care with modern technology to create a warm and supportive experience from the moment patients walk through the door. Services include, restorative treatments, dental implants, clear aligners and same-day emergency care. The team prioritizes gentle treatment, and clear communication, ensuring every patient feels heard, informed, and comfortable throughout their appointment. Position Overview The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the welcoming face of the practice, helping create a positive patient experience. This role includes scheduling, patient communication, billing, and presenting treatment plans. Insurance verification is handled by another team member, but general insurance knowledge is important for assisting patients and answering questions. Key Responsibilities - Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally - Verify insurance and update patient records (additional team support available) - Handle dental billing, patient balances, and collections (REQUIRED) - Present and review treatment plans, insurance breakdowns, and financial options with patients confidently and compassionately - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Manage phones, emails, and daily office communication - Support smooth patient flow between the front and back office - Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area - Provide excellent customer service in a calm, patient-focused environment Required Qualifications - Dental billing experience is *REQUIRED* - Prior dental front office experience - Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a growing office environment - Experience with dental practice management software; experience with **Curve PMS preferred** - Friendly, professional, dependable, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off (PTO) Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding practice Modern office with updated technology Ideal candidate This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the front office, guiding patients through treatment and financial decisions, and helping a growing practice create an exceptional patient experience, while taking pride in helping patients move forward with the care they need.
