Dental Treatment Coordinator (Private Practice – Patient-Focused Care) Location: Lithia Springs / West Atlanta Area Job Type: Full-Time (4–5 Day Work Week, Flexible Schedule) Compensation: Competitive Salary – Based on Experience About Our Practice We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice dedicated to creating natural, lasting smiles in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is personable, motivated, and eager to grow with our team. Position Overview The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand and move forward with their care. This position blends patient communication, case presentation, scheduling, and relationship-building to ensure patients feel confident in their treatment decisions. Experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right individual who has the right personality, drive, and willingness to learn.
