Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in delivering an excellent patient experience while keeping the schedule full and the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service * Answer phones professionally and handle patient inquiries * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments * Minimize no-shows and fill last-minute cancellations * Coordinate new patient intake and communicate visit expectations * Collect payments and post daily transactions accurately * Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules * Monitor patient flow and help keep the day on track * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Dental or medical front desk experience preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Professional demeanor and positive attitude * Chairside dental assisting skills and experience with dental practice software is a plus Compensation & Benefits * **Pay starting at $25/hour**, based on experience * Opportunities for growth within the practice * Supportive, team-oriented work environment Practice types: General Single doctor Private
