At Gluck Orthodontics, we believe a confident smile can change someone’s life. We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator / Smile Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping patients confidently move forward with orthodontic treatment. This role is not a front desk position. Instead, you’ll guide new patients through consultations, explain treatment and financial options, and help them feel excited about starting their smile journey. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in helping patients turn their excitement about a better smile into starting treatment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Welcoming new patients and creating a great first impression - Leading patients and parents through the consultation process with confidence - Clearly presenting treatment options and helping patients understand the value of orthodontic care - Presenting financial options and confidently guiding patients to start treatment - Following up with patients to convert pending cases into starts - Managing insurance benefits and simplifying financial conversations - Communicating via phone, email, and text in a professional and engaging manner - Taking clinical records (photos, digital scans) and X-rays (or obtaining licensure with our support) - Strengthening referral relationships and contributing to practice growth - Delivering the Legendary Gluck Experience every step of the way Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven professional who thrives in a role where relationships + communication + influence = success. Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus—but we will train the right person.
