Duties: Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Oryx(training provided) Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and treatment planning Answer phone with courteous phone etiquette, providing clear information and scheduling assistance Manage front desk daily operations Requirements: Proven experience in a dental office with strong clerical skills Knowledge of dental terminology Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive patient information discreetly under HIPAA guidelines Bilingual abilities are highly desirable Vietnamese/Spanish to serve diverse patient populations effectively Strong organizational skills with experience managing appointments, insurance verification, presenting treatment to patients Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail 2 year minimum Dental background Join us in providing outstanding dental care by supporting our team with your administrative expertise!
