Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Private Practice Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234 (Near Carrollton/North Dallas) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Practice Name: Fresh Smile Dental Care About the Practice: Fresh Smile Dental Care is a patient-centered private practice dedicated to providing high-quality restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. Job Responsibilities: Assist the dentist in all clinical procedures, including restorative, crown & bridge, implants, and oral surgery. Prepare and organized treatment rooms; maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA/CDC). Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos. Perform laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns. Provide excellent patient communication, including post-operative instructions and education on dental health. Maintain accurate electronic patient records (Chart notes and treatment planning). Assist with front-desk tasks or supply inventory as needed. Requirements: Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License is required. Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods. Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft). Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
