Job Opportunity: Dental Hygienist Location: Madison, Tennessee Practice Type: General Dentistry with a focus on Surgery and Comprehensive Treatment Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1) Friday a month 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in Madison, TN. Our practice specializes in a wide range of services, with a particular focus on surgery and comprehensive treatment planning. About Us: • Two experienced Doctors • Three Hygienist on the team • Focused on delivering comprehensive care that improves both oral health and overall well-being for our patients • A supportive and friendly team environment Position Details: • Full-time position • Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on surgery, restorative treatments, and preventative care Responsibilities: • Perform routine cleanings, scaling, and polishing • Take radiographs • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventative care • Periodontal therapy and partner in comprehensive treatment planning • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes • Collaborate closely with the dental team to provide optimal patient care • 60 minute recare appointments, 90 minute new patient appointments Qualifications: • Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee • Anesthesia permit preferred • Knowledge of Eaglesoft • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care • Experience in a comprehensive general dental practice is preferred, but not required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: • Competitive pay with performance bonuses • Paid time off / holiday pay • Continuing education opportunities • A supportive and friendly work environment • Scrubs • Retirement match • Health Insurance If you are looking to join a well-respected dental practice that values both patient care and employee well-being, we encourage you to apply today!
