Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance (company contributes to premium) $15,000 life insurance policy (with health enrollment) PTO + paid holidays $300 annual scrub/uniform allowance Paid license renewal & CPR certification Continuing Education (CEs) provided and paid for Dental benefits for you and your family 401(k) with match Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor during all clinical procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Chart accurately and ensure complete documentation Take impressions and assist with lab cases (night guards, whitening trays, etc.) Educate patients on treatment and oral health Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support a smooth patient flow and positive patient experience Assist with treatment plan presentation and patient communication What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) X-ray certification (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and organization Passion for patient care
