Remote Dental Insurance Specialist — Virginia residents only Join our growing team of dedicated dental administrative professionals as a Remote Dental Insurance Specialist (part-time to full-time). This role starts at 25 hours per week with the potential to increase within six months. Work from home with a focused, supportive team and opportunities to grow. What you’ll do: Accurately submit and follow up on dental insurance claims Post EOBs for a contracted provider and apply COB adjustments Maintain consistent, timely attendance and a distraction-free home workspace What we’re looking for: Must reside in Virginia Minimum 5 years dental front office experience preferred, with strong insurance knowledge Proven speed and accuracy in posting EOBs and handling COB adjustments Experience with Open Dental is a plus Able to pass a background check and provide 3 professional and 2 personal references Compensation & schedule Starting at 25 hours/week with potential to increase to full-time within six months Pay range: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience and skill) Remote role — no benefits included Why join us: Remote work with a collaborative team culture Clear pathway to more hours and greater responsibility Paid as an employee, not on a 1099 To apply, please submit your resume for consideration.
