The ideal candidate will be a naturally happy individual with a positive attitude, a self starter, team player and will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Our office environment is laid back, fun and like a family. Our core purpose is to provide conservative, gentle and friendly care for the entire family. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy. Access and record patient medical history and vital signs. Assist dentist during exams and procedures as needed. Take dental x-rays. Sterilize and sharpen instruments. Educate patient in oral hygiene and preventative care. Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA rules and regulations. Collaborate with all team members to ensure efficient practice operations. Qualifications: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license Proficient in chairside assisting and patient care Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations If you’re a people person looking for an uplifting work environment, this may be the place for you!
