Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred – Spanish/English) Location: Pediatric Dental IV Sedation Center Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a specialized pediatric dental IV sedation center dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality care for children. Our team focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment for both patients and their families. Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and families. The ideal candidate has a strong background in dental office operations, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to working with children. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth Schedule and confirm appointments, including sedation cases Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions to parents/guardians Saturdays (occasionally) Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of dental front office experience (required) Experience in pediatric dentistry or sedation dentistry (preferred) Knowledge of proper dental terminology Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred) Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Denticon) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun team-oriented environment What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and team-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and development Paid time off and holidays Medical Insurance How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your experience and why you would be a great fit for our team.
