Seeking an energetic, patient oriented front office professional to join our amazing team! We are a private fee-for-service general dental practice. We also do orthodontics and have a surgeon come in to do oral surgery. We are a small close-knit team of 6. We offer quarterly bonuses, paid vacation, paid holidays and a retirement plan. Job Duties and Requirements include, but are not limited to: Experience with dental software, primarily Eaglesoft Knowledge and experience with dental procedures and terminology Verifying insurance, processing claims and calculating co-pays Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangement options to patients Must be a team player with a positive attitude and solid people skills Should possess advanced computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, pay strong attention to detail, be a problem solver and self-starter and have a strong work ethic Greeting patients in a friendly manner as they enter and exit the office is a must.
