Nuvia Dental Implant Center is hiring a full-time Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator in Nashville, TN 37203. This role is designed for dental professionals who are ready to use their practice experience in a new way, outside of clinical care or front office operations. If you’ve helped patients understand treatment, cost, scheduling, or care options, you already have a strong foundation for this role. You’ll meet with warm patient leads, guide them through full arch dental implant treatment, discuss financing, and help them move forward with care that can dramatically improve their quality of life. Top performers earn $100,000+ per year. What You’ll Love - $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission - Top performers earn $16,000-$20,000/month in commission - 4-7 warm patient leads per day - Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Paid training and ongoing sales development - A career path outside the operatory or front desk - Health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability - PTO, paid holidays, paid parental leave, bereavement leave, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k) with match About the Role This is a consultative sales role, not a chairside or front desk role. You’ll meet with patients who have already expressed interest in full arch dental implants, build trust, explain the treatment process, discuss financing, collect payment, and help coordinate the next steps with the clinical and administrative teams. What You’ll Do - Meet with 4-7 warm patient leads each day - Guide patients through the full arch dental implant process - Build trust and help patients understand their treatment options - Discuss financing and help remove barriers to care - Coordinate with doctors on diagnosis and treatment recommendations - Manage patient follow-up through the CRM - Collect payment and support financing applications - Hand off confirmed patients to the administrative team for scheduling - Participate in daily huddles and weekly training meetings What You’ll Bring - Experience in a dental practice, such as dental assisting, front office, treatment coordination, hygiene, or patient care - Interest in transitioning into sales or patient consultation - Strong communication skills and comfort discussing treatment and cost - Excellent follow-up, organization, and CRM habits - B2C sales experience is a plus - Strong computer skills - Empathy, confidence, and the ability to connect with people one-on-one - Comfort working in a performance-driven role with uncapped commission Compensation $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn $100,000+ per year, with high performers earning $16,000-$20,000/month in commission. Full benefits package included. Location This is an in-person role based in Nashville, TN 37203, with access to Midtown, The Gulch, West End, Music Row, Germantown, Brentwood, Franklin, and the greater Nashville area.
