We are a private General and Prosthodontist Dental Clinic in search of a motivated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. While previous experience is a plus, we value reliability, professionalism, and a patient-first attitude above all else. Key Responsibilities - Provide a warm welcome to patients and prepare them for treatment. - Efficiently prepare and break down treatment rooms following strict safety protocols. - Capture high-quality digital X-rays and dental impressions. - Provide chairside assistance for restorative, surgical, hygiene, and prosthodontic procedures. - Manage sterilization and infection control to ensure a safe environment. - Accurately update patient records and clinical charting. - Disinfect operatories and organize equipment for subsequent appointments. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. - Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications - Current California RDA license. - 5+ years of experience in a dental setting. - Proficiency with patient management software.
