Description

Treatment Coordinator – Wellness Dentistry Practice Location: Katy, TX Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM, Fridays 8-12 (Fridays reserved for team training & admin) About Us At Dr. Katie To Center for Wellness Dentistry, we do dentistry differently. We combine biological, cosmetic, airway, and general dentistry with a whole-body, wellness-based philosophy. Our patients come to us for care that supports their long-term health, not just their next cleaning — and our team reflects that same standard of excellence. We run on modern systems (Oryx practice management, Slack for communication), hold daily morning huddles, and use Fridays for training and wrap-up rather than seeing patients. If you want a practice that's always improving, you'll feel at home here. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who knows how to walk a patient through a treatment plan with clarity and care. This is the seat where clinical recommendations become decisions patients feel confident about. The heart of this role is helping patients understand their options and fit treatment into their lives. We don't push or pressure — we support patients and honor their choices. If you've ever felt uncomfortable 'closing' a case, but you love the moment a patient finally says 'yes, let's do this' because they trust you, this is your role. You'll also coordinate scheduling across multiple doctors and handle the core administrative work that keeps a busy practice running smoothly. What You'll Own Present treatment plans and guide patients through financial arrangements with empathy and confidence Help patients prioritize and sequence care so it fits their lives and budgets Coordinate appointments across a multi-doctor schedule (we'll teach you our systems) Support the daily administrative operations of the practice Communicate clearly across the clinical and business teams What You Must Bring Treatment plan presentation experience in a dental practice — this is non-negotiable. Please tell us about it when you apply. A genuinely supportive, non-pushy approach to patient conversations Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling competing priorities A team-first attitude and the ability to follow systems A real appetite for learning and growth What We Offer Complimentary dental cleanings and treatments (lab and testing fees excluded) Tiered PTO that begins after one year and grows over time Six paid holidays annually Complimentary access to the Growth Day app for personal and professional development Ongoing training and a culture that invests in your development Open-ended growth opportunity — where this role goes depends on what you bring to it Is This You? You thrive here if you love to learn, take ownership, and want to keep getting better. If you'd prefer a job where nothing changes and no growth is expected, this won't be the right fit. But if you're energized by challenge, improvement, and helping patients say yes to better health — we'd love to meet you. How to Apply Email an introduction of yourself along with your resume to [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]. In your introduction, please tell us about a time you helped a hesitant patient move forward with treatment they needed — and how you approached the conversation.
