Description
Insurance Financial Coordinator We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Insurance Financial Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of verifiable dental office experience Proficiency with Dentrix Experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Insurance payment posting Insurance account reconciliation Accounts receivable (A/R) management and collections Knowledge of dental insurance claims, aging reports, and follow-up Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities Responsibilities Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Accurately post insurance payments and adjustments Reconcile insurance accounts and resolve discrepancies Manage outstanding insurance claims and patient balances Perform A/R collections and insurance follow-up Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and appeals Assist with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed Maintain accurate and confidential patient financial records Requirements Three or more years of verifiable dental insurance experience is required. Professional references are required and will be verified. Experience with Dentrix is required. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional patient service. Hiring Process Office Hours Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM No evenings or weekends.
