Office Manager – Birdi Dental Avondale Estates / Decatur, GA Join a Modern, Growing Dental Practice Birdi Dental is a modern, family-focused dental practice proudly serving the Avondale Estates, Decatur, and surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment while creating an outstanding experience for every patient. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office, support our team, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience every day. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the front office • Lead, coach, and develop the administrative team • Create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through checkout • Manage scheduling to maximize efficiency and production • Present treatment plans and help improve case acceptance • Review insurance benefits and treatment estimates with patients • Monitor production, collections, and key performance indicators • Develop and improve office systems and workflows • Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately • Work closely with the doctor to achieve practice goals Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of dental office management or senior dental front office experience • Strong understanding of PPO insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing • Experience presenting comprehensive treatment plans • Proven leadership and team development skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and accountability • Experience with dental practice management software Who We're Looking For: • Positive, professional, and dependable • A strong leader who enjoys coaching and developing others • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems • Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care • Excited to help build a growing practice About Birdi Dental At Birdi Dental, we believe dentistry should be gentle, modern, and patient-centered.
