Our established, patient-focused private dental practice is looking for an energetic and friendly Receptionist to become an important part of our team. This position is much more than answering phones—it is the face of our practice. As the first person our patients see and often the last before they leave, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience. We take pride in building long-term relationships with both our patients and our team members, and we're looking for someone who shares those values. What You'll Do • Welcome every patient with a warm smile and positive attitude. • Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth visit. • Help maintain an organized and productive schedule. • Work closely with our Scheduling Coordinator and clinical team. • Confirm appointments and communicate with patients. • Assist patients through their dental care journey with professionalism and compassion. • Support the administrative team to keep our office running efficiently.
