Billing & Insurance Coordinator (Hybrid Opportunity) Dentistry for Children and Teens is a growing, modern pediatric dental practice in the Atlanta area looking for an experienced Billing & Insurance Coordinator to join our team. We are searching for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping patients while ensuring insurance claims and accounts are handled accurately. This position offers a hybrid work opportunity after training and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while remaining a valuable part of a collaborative team. Position Details Schedule: 3–4 days per week Hybrid: In-office and remote work available after training Competitive pay based on experience Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Cloud9 and Dentrix Ascend (preferred) * Previous dental billing and insurance experience required * Strong understanding of: - Dental insurance verification -Claim submission and follow-up - Insurance appeals -Accounts receivable -Patient account management -Coordination of benefits -Out-Of-Network PPO insurance processing -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Highly organized with strong attention to detail -Ability to work independently and efficiently Responsibilities * Submit, review, and track insurance claims * Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable * Post insurance payments and adjustments * Verify insurance benefits and eligibility * Resolve claim denials and submit appeals when necessary * Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding account questions * Maintain accurate patient financial records * Work closely with the front office and clinical team to ensure smooth patient care Why Join Our Team?
