Compensation: $17-22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• 5-day work week
• Some weekends

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on dental front office experience is required

• Experience with Open Dental Software a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Knowledge in treatment planning also a plus
• Ability to answer multiple phone lines
• Experience with insurance verification (PPO and Medicaid)
• Prior customer service experience
