We are an established, single-location privately owned multi-doctor office located in Vinings, Georgia. Our busy practice is looking to add another highly skilled and motivated dentist to provide exceptional care to our patients as our current longtime associate is moving out of state due to her husbands company relocating. Our office is quite unlike most other dental offices. Our primary value proposition is to educate and partner with our patients to achieve optimal oral health with a core focus on how their dental disease affects their overall systemic health. We are NOT your typical drill-and-fill style dental office. Overall, our group practice is able to provide patients with high-quality, comprehensive care in a convenient and efficient manner. We are able to offer a wide range of dental services, allowing patients to receive comprehensive care in one location. This can save time and reduce the need for referrals to specialists. Through collaboration, we are able to consult with one another to provide the best possible care for our patients. Highlights of our practice: An established patient base getting 75 new patients per month with minimal advertising. Most patients find us via our reputation in the community, our Google Reviews, and direct internal referrals. We have over 1400, 5-star google reviews to back this up. Comprehensive procedure mix - general bread/butter dentistry, the highest quality periodontal program, Platinum Invisalign and Candid Provider, endodontics, full range of airway and cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, wisdom teeth extractions, advanced bone grafting, dental implants (Straumann and Neodent), IV and oral conscious sedation. 70/30 mix of fee for service and high-reimbursing PPO plans. Our average in-network crown fee is $1,300. Consistent production/collection ratio of >100% for the last 5 years! Phenomenal central location to 20 mins to Midtown Atlanta, Buckhead, and Cobb County- 1 mile from the Braves Stadium. We have created a State-of-the-Art office equipped with 2D and 3D digital radiography, CAD/CAM intraoral scanning (iTero, Trios), electric handpieces, diode lasers, 3D printing (sprintray) and digital PMS software. This opportunity has a strong income potential- our current associate it producing over 85K/month on 4 days. Our associate doctors typically are able to make more than most owner doctors without the unnecessary headaches of the non-clinical aspects of running a dental practice. This position will be replacing one of the experienced doctors' days, so we anticipate the same income potential (or higher) based on your skills. Because of this we are looking for someone that has either molar endo or implant experience and can do high quality dentistry in an efficient manner. Compensation and benefits include: Guaranteed daily minimum with 30% of collections - whichever is higher 401K match Health insurance 5K CE reimbursement The ideal candidate for this opportunity is: An experienced, passionate doctor with at least 3 years of experience or a 2-year AEGD/GPR who is looking to provide the most comprehensive care for their patients through collaboration and constant education and innovation.
