Dentist Job Posting
Conyers Denture and Implant Center
Job Description
Periodontist, Prosthodontist, or Experienced General Dentist
Ground-Floor Opportunity With Equity Potential
We are seeking a Periodontist, Prosthodontist, or highly experienced General Dentist to join our growing, surgically focused dental organization.
This position is designed for a doctor who genuinely loves dentistry, enjoys treating patients, and wants the opportunity to perform a broad range of procedures. We are looking for someone who is motivated, productive, clinically confident, and excited about becoming part of a practice that is established.
Clinical Qualifications
The successful candidate should have experience with:
Dental implant placement and restoration
Periodontal, oral, and implant-related surgery
Surgical extractions and bone grafting
Dentures and removable partial dentures
Comprehensive treatment planning
Full-mouth and complex restorative cases
Digital dentistry and modern clinical workflows
Experience and comfort with endodontic procedures are considered a plus.
Exceptional Chairside Manner Is Essential
Clinical ability is important, but the way our doctors treat and communicate with patients is equally important.
The ideal candidate must have excellent chairside manners and be able to:
Make patients feel comfortable, respected, and heard
Clearly explain diagnoses and treatment recommendations
Build patient trust without creating pressure
Communicate with compassion, patience, and confidence
Treat every patient with dignity and professionalism
Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, laboratory personnel, and fellow doctors
We are looking for a doctor whom patients will trust, appreciate, and confidently refer to their family and friends.
A Unique Practice Opportunity
Our organization currently offers three practice locations, allowing the successful candidate to enjoy variety, new challenges, and a work environment that remains interesting from day to day.
This is not a position for someone looking to perform the minimum amount of dentistry. It is for a doctor who loves what they do and wants the opportunity to diagnose, treatment plan, operate, restore, and provide as much high-quality dentistry as their abilities allow.
Growth and Equity
For the right doctor, equity opportunities may become available after 12 to 18 months of consistent, high-quality work, leadership, teamwork, and demonstrated commitment to the organization.
This is a true ground-floor opportunity within a growing dental group. The foundation is being built now, and the potential is moving in only one direction—up, up, and away.
The Ideal Candidate:
Is clinically skilled and confident
Has strong surgical and implant experience
Understands both fixed and removable dentistry
Has exceptional chairside manners
Is dependable, disciplined, and productive
Is willing to work hard and remain teachable
Communicates well with patients and team members
Values teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
Wants a long-term opportunity rather than simply another job
