We’re Hiring: Dental Patient Coordinator We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. As the first person our patients see and talk to, you’ll play a big part in making them feel welcome and cared for from the moment they contact our office. What you’ll be doing: • Greeting patients with a friendly attitude • Answering phones and scheduling appointments • Helping patients understand treatment and insurance (some treatment planning) • Keeping the schedule organized and consistently work to keep the schedule full • Working closely with our team to create a great patient experience We’re looking for someone who: • Is friendly, dependable, and organized • Communicates well with people from all walks of life • Can stay calm and positive in a busy office • Pays attention to little details • Has dental office experience (Open Dental, NexHealth, Sunbit, Carecredit, Cherry) We’re a team that believes in treating patients like family and supporting each other every day.
