About the Role
Let’s get to the good stuff first: * Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., plus every other Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. * Pay: Competitive and based on experience. We believe dental assistants deserve to be paid well for the skill, care, and hard work they bring every day. * Benefits: Paid time off, dental care, and uniforms * Location: Allen, TX * Experience: Ideally, at least 3 years of dental assisting experience, but if you’re a motivated superstar with less experience, we’re willing to train the right person!
What You'll Do
- Assist with advanced surgical, implant, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Support the dentist during procedures while anticipating clinical needs
- Provide reassurance and compassionate care to patients
- Explain post-operative instructions clearly and confidently
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient office
- Contribute to a positive team culture every day
