Dental Front Office Associate – Private Family Practice We are looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Front Office Associate to join our small, established private practice. For more than 20 years, we have built our practice around long-term relationships with our patients and truly individualized care. Many of our patients have been with us for years and feel more like family. We take pride in providing excellent dentistry in a relaxed, patient-focused environment where quality of care always comes before quantity. If you are looking for a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment, we probably aren't the right fit. If you enjoy getting to know your patients, being part of a close-knit team, and working in an office where attention to detail and quality matter, we'd love to meet you. What we're looking for: Strong communication and people skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with insurance verification and filing dental claims Scheduling and maintaining a productive patient schedule Treatment plan presentation and financial discussions Patient check-in and check-out Familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred Previous dental front office experience is strongly preferred Dental assisting or clinical experience is a definite plus We are looking for someone who can confidently manage the responsibilities of the front office while also understanding that in a small private practice, we work as a team and help one another when needed. Schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM No Fridays or weekends! Compensation is competitive and based on dental experience, knowledge, and skill set.
