About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Financial & Insurance Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. This full-time position plays an essential role in helping patients understand their treatment costs, payment options, and insurance benefits while ensuring accurate and timely collection of patient and insurance balances.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and clearly present treatment fees and financial arrangements to patients and parents.
• Review available payment options and help patients select appropriate financial arrangements.
• Establish financial arrangements and collect payments from patients and insurance companies.
• Assist patients with dental insurance claims and communicate with insurance carriers regarding benefits and coverage determinations.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and research and resolve insurance billing issues.
• Ensure that office collection policies and procedures are followed consistently.
