Dentist Job Posting
Millennium Dental Arts
Job Description
About the Role
Millennium Dental Arts is hiring an experienced Associate Dentist in Goodyear, AZ for an adults-only private practice that has served the community since 2005, where full-time means four days a week. About two-thirds of our patients are fee-for-service and most of the rest are Delta Premier, so you'll have time to slow down, explain treatment, and do comprehensive dentistry without racing between operatories. Our patients are primarily adults and retirees, and many have been with us for years because they trust their dentist and value quality care. You'll work with CBCT and digital scanners alongside a stable, low-drama team that helps each other and doesn't micromanage.
What You'll Do
- Provide crowns, bridges, and restorative dentistry
- Offer cosmetic and implant dentistry
- Treat patients with Invisalign
- Build comprehensive treatment plans and present cases to adult patients
- Use CBCT and digital scanners in daily care
- Build long-term relationships with a loyal patient base
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD
- Associate experience in general dentistry
- Active Arizona dental license
- Strong patient communication and the ability to build trust quickly
- A dependable, professional, team-first approach
Preferred
- Experience with implants, cosmetic dentistry, or Invisalign
- A coachable mindset and interest in continued learning
- Interest in a long-term role with an established practice
