About the Role
Carefree Dentistry is hiring an experienced Associate Dentist for our established North Phoenix practice, working four days a week, Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll practice comprehensive general dentistry with full clinical autonomy, including restorative, crowns and bridges, dentures and partials, extractions, and emergency care, supported by an established patient base and a hygiene-driven schedule. We're looking for a dentist who thinks like an owner, cares about the team and the long-term health of the practice, and wants a voice in where it goes next. For the right doctor, future partnership and ownership are on the table, and relocation assistance is available if you're moving to Phoenix.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and build comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide restorative dentistry, including crowns and bridges
- Deliver removable prosthetics, including dentures and partials
- Perform extractions and see emergency patients
- Work with the hygiene team on long-term patient care
- Help shape the growth of the practice
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD
- Active Arizona dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Comfort practicing independently
- Strong comprehensive treatment planning and restorative skills
- Confidence with removable prosthetics
Preferred
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Natural patient communication and trust-building
- Interest in future partnership or ownership
