DENTAL BUSINESS TEAM MEMBER Life Dental Smyrna is looking for an organized, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Business Team Member to join our team. This role combines scheduling, front desk, and insurance responsibilities while helping create an exceptional patient experience. RESPONSIBILITIES • Schedule and confirm doctor and hygiene appointments • Maintain a productive schedule and proactively fill openings • Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out • Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling needs • Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits • Update patient and insurance information accurately • Communicate insurance estimates and patient financial responsibilities • Communicate effectively with the clinical and business teams WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Dental front office experience preferred • Insurance verification experience strongly preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Positive, professional, and dependable • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities • Dental software experience is a plus WHY LIFE DENTAL SMYRNA?
