Schedule Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Insurance Life Insurance Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity Professional growth and development Responsibilities -Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service. -Schedule and confirm patient appointments. -Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. -Contact new patient leads and follow up on pending treatment. -Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits (preferred experience). -Collect patient information and maintain accurate records in Dentrix. -Check patients in and out while ensuring all required documentation is completed. -Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running efficiently. -Maintain active engagement on the practice's social media platforms by posting stories, updates, and promoting the office. -Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. -Maintain an organized front office and a professional, welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications -Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED -Dentrix experience – REQUIRED -Dental insurance verification experience is preferred. -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. -Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. -Strong communication and customer service skills. -Dependable, punctual, and professional. -Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
