Austell Dental Excellence is looking for a warm, confident, bilingual Treatment Coordinator to be the bridge between our doctors and our patients. Many of our Spanish-speaking patients have never had someone sit down with them, in their own language, and walk them through their treatment and options. You'll be that person, and it will make a real difference in their health and in their trust in our practice. Why this role stands out You're not just scheduling. Your earnings grow with your success through our case acceptance bonus A modern 16-chair practice with a team that has your back A doctor-owner who values the treatment coordinator role and invests in it Every other Friday off, and no Saturday every other weekend What we're looking for Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking required; reading/writing a plus) Dental treatment coordinator, front office, or sales experience preferred; we'll train the right person with a great attitude Comfortable talking about money and payment options Organized, reliable, and a strong follow-through Eaglesoft experience is a plus Schedule: Alternating two-week rotation, about 38–40 hours per week including huddles, set-up, and closing Week 1 (mornings): Mon–Tue 7am–1pm, Wed–Thu 7am–2pm, Fri 7am–5pm, Saturday off Week 2 (afternoons): Mon–Tue 1pm–7pm, Wed–Thu 12pm–7pm, Friday off, Sat 8am–2pm (extra $4/hour on Saturday's)
