We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. Dentrix knowledge a must.
Dental experience is preferred! We are happy to train the right person. If you are personable, professional, reliable, comfortable with computers, and enjoy working with people, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
-Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
-Answer phones and respond to patient questions
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Check patients in and out
-Collect patient payments
-Verify insurance benefits
-Discuss treatment fees and financial arrangements
-Assist with insurance claims and follow-up
-Maintain accurate patient records
-Communicate with the dental team
-Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly
