About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, highly committed Dental professional with experience for minimum 2 yrs to perform daily tasks of scheduling patients and ensure efficiency and growth of our dental practice. This role will serve as the first point of contact for patients to optimize appointment scheduling, manage patient interactions, and ensure seamless coordination between patients and the practice.

What You'll Do
- Patient Scheduling and managing the practice calender with efficient patient bookings
- Avoid unnecessary gaps and maximize chair time
- Confirmations, working cancellation, rescheduled appointments quickly.
- Completing patient registration with necessary ID and insurance information, determine reason for the visit.
- understand production and scheduling goals of the providers and help with efficient scheduling of 5 ops
- Scheduling coordinator is the first impression of the practice
What You'll Bring
Required
- 2 years working in a dental practice to know thw basic dental codes and Insurance
- Excellent communication with patients and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and optimize workflow.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Greet patients , elevate the patient experience and be customer driven with calm demeanor
- Scheduling coordinator must understand value of each dental appointment and schedule accordingly
- KPI structure for schedule coordinator is based on production,retention,cancellation controland new patient conversion
