Riverwood Dental is hiring a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Front Office Coordinator for our North Atlanta, GA practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys patient education, treatment coordination, relationship building, and helping patients move forward with the care they need while also being comfortable supporting the day-to-day flow of a busy dental office.
We are conveniently located in North Atlanta, serving patients throughout Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Vinings, Smyrna, and surrounding communities.

2) The Treatment Coordinator Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients understand their recommended treatment and feel confident moving forward with their care.
You will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to educate patients on their dental needs, review treatment plans, answer questions, and help patients find a comfortable path to completing their treatment.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong verbal communication skills, confidence speaking with patients, and a genuine desire to help people improve their oral health and achieve their permanent smile.
You should be comfortable having conversations about treatment and confidently presenting solutions—including payment plan options and other financial solutions that can make treatment more achievable for patients.
3) What You’ll Do
Welcome patients with a positive, friendly, and inviting attitude
Review and go over treatment plans with patients
Educate patients on their recommended treatment and why it is important
Build trust and create a comfortable experience when discussing treatment
Answer patient questions and address concerns about recommended care
Present solutions to help patients move forward with treatment, including payment plan and financial options
Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment
Help patients understand their options and feel confident about their next steps
Work closely with doctors and clinical teammates to ensure patients receive consistent information
Help coordinate treatment and keep patients moving through their care
Assist with scheduling, phones, check-in/check-out, and other front-office responsibilities
Maintain excellent communication and organization while multitasking in a busy dental environment
Help create an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors
4) What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable talking with patients about their dental needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong verbal communication skills
Confidence educating patients about their dental needs and recommended treatment
The ability to clearly explain treatment while making patients feel comfortable and cared for
A natural ability to present solutions rather than simply tell patients what they need
Experience discussing treatment costs, payment options, or financial arrangements is a plus
Dental treatment coordination, patient care coordination, or dental front-office experience preferred
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A positive, friendly, and inviting attitude
A team-first mindset
Dependability and attention to detail
A genuine desire to help patients accomplish their dental goals and achieve the smile they want
