Front Desk Lead Job Posting

Bespoke Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Lead who is ready to take ownership of the front office and become an important part of our growing practice. We are a modern, boutique dental practice focused on providing an exceptional patient experience while maintaining a productive, organized, and accountable team environment. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has a strong understanding of dental front office operations and can work independently with confidence. We will teach you how we do things at Bespoke Dental, but you should already understand the fundamentals of dental insurance, AR, scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient financial conversations. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. You notice the problem, take ownership, and follow it through to resolution. Responsibilities include: • Managing and maintaining a productive patient schedule • Proactively filling cancellations and schedule openings • Following up with new patient leads and unscheduled treatment • Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options confidently • Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility • Understanding EOBs, patient portions, deductibles, frequencies, and insurance limitations • Working accounts receivable and following outstanding claims through resolution • Contacting insurance companies when necessary rather than simply documenting an unresolved claim • Reviewing patient balances for accuracy before discussing them with patients • Collecting patient balances and treatment deposits • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient notes • Managing appointment confirmations and follow-up • Providing excellent phone and in-person communication • Helping maintain organization and accountability within the front office • Supporting the practice in meeting scheduling, production, and collection goals You May Be a Great Fit If You... ✔ Have previous dental front office experience ✔ Have hands-on experience with dental insurance and AR ✔ Understand how to read and explain an EOB ✔ Are comfortable discussing money and treatment with patients ✔ Know how to keep a dental schedule productive ✔ Are organized and detail-oriented ✔ Follow through without needing constant reminders ✔ Ask questions when you're unsure rather than guessing ✔ Can identify problems and work toward solutions independently ✔ Communicate professionally and warmly with patients ✔ Enjoy being accountable for results ✔ Want to grow into a leadership role within a practice What We're NOT Looking For This position may not be the right fit if you are brand new to the dental field or require extensive training in basic dental insurance, claims, AR, scheduling, or treatment coordination. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running while still being coachable and willing to learn our systems and culture.
