Job Title: Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator – Fee-for-Service (FFS) Periodontal Practice
Location: Alpharetta / Milton , Georgia
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation:$22-28 /hr

We are a 2 yr old new , high-end Periodontal practice dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized patient care in a fee-for-service (FFS) environment. The Role
We are seeking an experienced, articulate, and highly reliable Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As the primary liaison for our patient care plans, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless, high-touch patient experience. Because we operate as a strictly FFS practice, strong communication, relationship-building, and value-based presentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Concierge Experience: Warmly greet patients, answer incoming calls, and manage patient check-in/check-out with high professionalism.
Treatment Presentation & Case Acceptance: Clearly present comprehensive periodontal treatment plans, articulate the value of specialized care, discuss financial arrangements, and secure patient commitment without relying on insurance dictation.
Scheduling Optimization: Manage surgical and hygiene schedules to optimize doctor and hygienist productivity.
Financial Management: Collect payments at time of service, process financing (e.g., CareCredit), manage patient accounts, and assist patients with out-of-network claims when needed.
Referral Relationship Management: Maintain excellent communication and rapport with referring general dentists and specialists.
Qualifications & Expectations
Experience: Minimum [1–2] years of dental front desk or treatment coordination experience required (Periodontics or specialty practice experience preferred).
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
Financial Literacy: Comfortable discussing financial obligations, fee structures, and third-party payment plans with patients.
